The Mat Rental Company’s 10″ and 12″ thick mats are tropical hardwood and North American oak and virtually impervious to white rot, brown rot and termites.
Laminated mats are used for temporary access roads, decks, work platforms, trucks and rubber tired equipment. They are usually used for lighter load demands and because they are lightweight, they are easily transported.
Our laminated mats are 16’x8’x6″.
Our transition mats are safe and allow heavy machinery the ability to drive up to a matting platform or worksite with ease. Mats are 8’x4’x10″ or 12″.
The composite mats are new to our inventory and offer different options.
They are lighter in weight and easily transported and thus, cost efficient. Some benefits include: 100% recyclable, controls spreading of weeds and unwanted growth, eliminates runoff, protects soil and vegetation, neater and cleaner than using gravel roads. This type of mat is used as a heavy duty road mat for temporary roadways and work areas for heavy equipment with a weight load of up to 330,000 pounds.
The Mat Rental Company uses TuffTrak XL composite mats. The chevron traction surface provides the ultimate grip and reduces sideways slippage. It’s solid design eliminates puncture avoiding invasive species or cross contamination, and they are flexible for easy installation. In addition, they are non-conducive making them ideal for use on transmission projects.
